ALL E-LIQUIDS, DISPOSABLES AND CLOSED PODS ARE FINAL SALE
We offer a 30-Day Limited warranty on Mods, Starter Kits and External Battery Chargers. These items must be in like-new condition and have the associated serial number (Do not throw out original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.
Items not covered under our 30 Day Limited Warranty:
- Disposable Vapes
- Closed pods
- Replacement Coils and Pods
- Rechargeable Batteries
- E-Liquid
- Tanks
If you decide that you would like to return a non-defective product, it must be unused and unopened in the manufacturer’s original packaging in order to receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to us which are non-refundable. E-liquids, Disposables and Closed Pods will not be accepted.
INCOMPATIBILITY
We do not accept returns due to incompatibility. If you are unsure about compatibility between products, we recommend that you do your research or send us an email at: orders.fgvaping@gmail.com and we'd be happy to assist. If the product has not been used and is in the manufacturer’s original packaging, you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase or from the day of delivery.
WRONG/MISSING ITEMS
If you ordered a product(s) from our online website and the product(s) you received does not match what you ordered, we will pay for shipping to and from our facility.
We must receive incorrect product(s) before we ship out corrected product(s).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a non-defective product, it must be unused and in the manufacturer’s original packaging in order to receive a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount being credited or refunded. If the product(s) do not come with its original packaging or is found incomplete, no credit or refund will be issued and the parcel will be returned to you at your expense. E-liquids will not be accepted.
UNDERAGE PURCHASES
All parcels will require proof of age upon receiving your order. The Legal Smoking Age will depend on the province you live in. If your age cannot be verified by shipping courier resulting in the return of the parcel back to us, any items that are eligible for a refund will be issued and a 50% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from the refund amount along with all shipping charges.
PARCELS RETURNED BACK TO US
In the event that a parcel did not make it to its destination due to incorrect/incomplete address that was provided by the customer or missed the pick-up deadline from the post office, customers must pay the flat rate shipping fee of $15 upon delivery if they request for us to send their parcel again. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount if the customer wishes for a credit or refund.
Once we receive a parcel that was sent back to us, we will contact the customer and see what they’d wish to do - whether they request for a refund or for the parcel to be sent out again - the customer will have (7) calendar days from the day we receive the parcel to let us know. If we do not get a response within the (7) calendar days, no credit or refund will be issued.
E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS
All E-Transfer payments must be received within 3 days from the day an order has been placed. E-Transfers must be sent to orders.fgvaping@gmail.com. We will use the provided contact information associated to your order to contact you if payment has not been received within the 3 days. If payment has not been received within the 3 days we will cancel your order unless arrangements have been made with our team.
