Canada Post Strike

As of November 15, 2024 Canada post has begun their National Strike and will not be accepting/delivering any parcels at this time. Please click here to learn more about our temporary shipping changes

At FOGGY GORILLA VAPE SHOP, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to increase processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. This may occur if there are issues with payment verification, product availability, or any other relevant concerns.

In the event that we need to address any issues or seek clarification about your order, we will make every effort to contact you promptly. To facilitate this, please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date during the checkout process.

UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS

We will keep you informed about the status of your order and any changes to processing times. You will receive notifications via email or phone, depending on the contact details you provide.

PROOF OF AGE

All orders will require Proof of Age at time of delivery, no exceptions. Please see here for more information about Parcels Returned Back to Us.

 

E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS

All E-Transfer payments must be received within 3 days from the day an order has been placed. E-Transfers must be sent to orders.fgvaping@gmail.com. We will use the provided contact information associated to your order to contact you if payment has not been received within the 3 days. If payment has not been received within the 3 days we will cancel your order unless arrangements have been made with our team. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

 

Free Expedited shipping is offered when you purchase $80 or more before taxes. Canada Post and UPS are our main couriers but we may use a different courier if a quicker option is available.

 

We currently only ship within CANADA.
