Warranty Policy
PRODUCTS THAT ARE COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY
Foggy Gorilla Vaping Co. offers a 30-day warranty period for defective products from the time of purchase (or the day parcel is delivered for online purchases) for the following items:
- Mods and Starter Kits (All units must be returned with original packaging)
- External Battery Chargers
PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Clearomizers and Tanks (this includes leaking tanks)
- External Batteries
- Atomizers/Coils
- Drip Tips
- USB Chargers and AC Adapters
- Cases
- Replacement Glass
- E-liquid
- Units damaged caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
- Units with damaged cosmetics (scratches, color fade, chips)
- Stripped 510 thread
NOTE: DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. In order to process any warranty claims, manufacturers require the warranty card that is included in the product package and all of its original contents including the original packaging that contains the serial number and security code.
If you decide that you would like to return a non-defective product, it must be unused with the manufacturer’s original packaging in order to receive a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. E-liquids will not be accepted.
